Crafted from 100% blue weber agave, G4 Reposado undergoes aging in oak barrels, contributing to its complex flavor profile. Produced at NOM 1579 is crafted from Tequilana Weber agave, meticulously selected from the fertile highlands of Los Altos, Jalisco. This premium spirit benefits from traditional cooking methods using stone and brick ovens, and a tahona wheel is employed for the extraction process, which gently crushes the agaves to preserve their robust flavors. The production incorporates both natural spring water and rainwater, enhancing the purity and character of the tequila. Fermentation is conducted in open-air, stainless steel tanks without the presence of fibers, allowing the natural essence of the agave to shine through.
