Alma Del Jaguar Reposado Tequila is a masterful expression crafted at the renowned Feliciano Vivanco Distillery in Arandas, Jalisco, Los Altos. Made from 100% hand-harvested highland blue weber agave, the tequila reflects the distillery’s legacy since 1929. The agave is slow-cooked in stone ovens, milled to extract first-press free-run juice, and fermented using both wild and Champagne yeasts. A unique touch includes the Mozart Method, where classical music is played during open-air fermentation to enhance the yeast activity. Double–distilled in copper pot stills, the tequila is matured for two months in American White Oak and one month in French Oak, delivering depth and complexity.
